Wine storehouse and cellar: Aging on slanted wood racks for two years. Manual remuage.
Tasting:
Nose: reveals citrusy notes of mandarine and spices, with a hint of red fruits close to the strawberry.
Palate: rather big and bold bubbles. One comes across citrusy notes of mandarine and lemon as well as pepper-like spices topped with a touch of quince. The mouth is fresh and lively during tasting.
Content: Alcohol: 11%

Cellaring: May be enjoyed now.
