Château de Valmer is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 2pm to 8pm (ticket office closes at 7pm).

Grape: 100% Chenin
Wine storehouse: Vinification in glass-lined thermoregulated vats (19°C). Aging on fine lees.
Tasting:
Appearance: golden robe with silvered highlights.
Nose: very fine, the white fruit notes arrive after stirring the glass, such as peach.
Palate: very mineral. We find a taste of peach and white flowers with a very supple sensation. The vivacity lasts throughout the tasting. Acidulous in the mouth for a very nice balance as a whole.
Content: Alcohol: 12,5% Residual sugars: 22gr/l.

- White meats
- Addition to sauces
- Mushrooms
- Cheeses
Tasty pairings with lobster, crayfish, sea bass; sauteed calf sweetbread; sweet and salty cuisine (exotic or with fruit): Duck à l'orange, rabbit with prunes, etc.
Cellaring: 5 to 10 years.
Serve: Chilled, between 8 and 12°C. May be served in a carafe.
