Château de Valmer is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 2pm to 8pm (ticket office closes at 7pm).

Grape: 100% Chenin
Wine storehouse: Vinification in glass-lined thermoregulated vats (19°C). Aging on fine lees.
Tasting:
Appearance: golden robe with silver reflections.
Nose: rather discreet, closed at the beginning, opened afterward. Fruity notes, white flower type..
Palate: first mouth smooth and supple, with fruit notes. We find exotic notes like pineapple. Length and good body in mouth with an exceptional finish on a mineral note.
Content: Alcohol: 13%. Residual sugars: 2gr/l.

- Goat cheese
- Desserts
Tasty pairings with oysters and other shellfish. Crab, shrimp, lobster, crayfish, etc.
Grilled salmon, sea bass, perch filets, roasted turbot. Apricot tart
